I was sold fake/counterfeit Zyn at a store close to Broadway downtown. Is there a legal case here?

I put one of these Zyn in my mouth and it stung immediately. It smelled off when even opening the can, and even the look felt off. I scanned the redemption code for it to already have been redeemed as well, so it seems like it was recycled. Does anyone know my best course of action?
