What did you find most useful/memorable from your undergrad degree?

NAT - Not A Therapist

I am genuinely curious from those in the field what you found to be the most useful or memorable information from your undergrad degree - the stuff that you find yourself using the most day to day. As a student graduating this upcoming Spring I find myself looking back at the wide load of information and how much of it stuck compared to how much of it was needed as I move forward with the next steps in my academic/career life. I have heard from a wide variety of individuals who are almost religious about knowing all the ins and outs, and others who scoff at their undergrad degree and credit everything to their graduate program instead. I find myself in-between these two takes, struggling to come to terms with what it is I really need to grasp. I certainly feel more informed after my degree, but also lost and as though I really don't know anything. I remember some names, a lot of ideas, the connections between certain things etc. but overall I beat myself up over what is TRULY important.

If you care to share could you also add how long you have been in the field, as well as anything else you feel relevant.

Much appreciated!
