Help? The doctor told me it was hard to find a heartbeat

So I’m 12 weeks along,And the Doctor is saying that during my ultrasound ,that it was severely hard to find a heartbeat and that movement had been slow. he is telling me I have nothing to worry about but even just hearing that it’s hard to find my babys pulse is worrying,so should i be worried?
