7mo and reflux seems to be getting worse?

My baby has been on Pepcid since 3 months. The first month was great, and by last month it has stopped working. Even upping the dose every month did not help. We’ve added cereal per pediatrician-no help. Baby is sitting up now-no help. Baby is eating solids-no help. Still wakes up every hour crying from pain. We’re very well versed in all the upright and burping techniques. Snow flow nipples. Feeding positions. Probiotics. We’ve tried it all consistently. Nothing helps. My baby Cannot stand being on back or belly for more than 5 minutes before she’s arching and crying. I have to constantly hold up right still. We’re miserable, baby is miserable, and feedings are getting worse. And the only reason weight is being gained is because I feed her while she sleeps. It’s literally the only way she can take a bottle without suffering and screaming. On hypoallergenic formula. We’ve tried amino acid formula it’s all the same for her. We need help and she needs help and my dr just thinks she’ll outgrow it and just wants to keep upping the Pepcid dose and not prescribe anything else. All she does is cry, still. More than ever. Each month is getting harder for us. We’re on 7 months of sleep deprivation. It’s worse than the newborn stage and she’s sleeping less and less each week. I’m at a loss and need tips or stories of anyone that’s experienced this.
