Test tomorrow

I am using someone else’s urine for a test tomorrow. I will collect the urine at 5:45am an the test is anywhere between 6am-4pm. If stored at the right body temp will it remain fresh enough to use for the test even if it’s nearly 12 hours after collection. Best case the test is first thing in the morning but planning for the worse case
