Games crash on quest 3 after loading (Dev mode enabled)

Support

Trying to play the assassins creed game on quest 3. I have dev mode enabled, loaded the apk in sidequest (On my PC) and copied the files into the obd\com.Ubisoft.ACNexusVR folder. It starts to load then crashes. I load it from unknown sources on the headset. Any ideas?
