Hidden cost of submitting supporting documents

I've finally got my ECO email asking to submit supporting documents in 5 working days. I went onto the link provided and just realised I have to pay another £130 to do that!! Is that right? Does anyone know of a way to do this without paying the extortionate fee again? We were never given the option to submit supporting documents at the time of initial application. Many thanks for any help
