With the new mansions update in a few days, how much would a mansion be?

Rn I’m about 1 mil and I’m still saving by doing pizza deliveries, night club stuff etc. so I’m wondering what’s y‘alls guess on how much a mansion would be?

mine would at least be maybe 5 Million? Not sure.
