My Mom doesn't believe in any Cancer Treatments

My mom has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and has started treatment today, but she's having doubts about it's effectiveness. She thinks it's a test from Allah for her past mistakes/bad deeds. I'm worried she might refuse chemotherapy, Is there anything I can do to help her i don't know what to do
