[IRL] Cant restore my password.

I'm trying to reset my passwords of my account, and when I put my email and wait for the message to arrive it takes around an hour or two to arrive, and since the email has a time limit of 60 minutes before it blocks you I cant reset my password, is there any way around this? or is somebody having this issue?
