I need help with america 8.3

This has been a awful experience. I may just not be cut for high tier but the gameplay is mostly, oh a atgm carrier shot me from behind a hill. Oh wow a tank a with a decades difference in technology just killed me. It just feels miserable and i don’t know what to do. I am relatively good at mid tier and low tier so please help me understand why high tier sucks so much
