DOOV R77 Pro - which Aliexpress or store trader ships the quickest?

I ordered from Uni-007 Mobile Store(Trader) on Aliexpress and it's been 14 days and nothing has shipped out, despite their advertisement. I paid extra for DHL shipping too but nothing's been sent out

Anyone have any suggestions for faster delivery time?
