The Book of Moremen — a parody

I've started writing a parody of the Book of Mormon. The first chapter is linked below here is anyone wants to read it. I'm gonna try to write a parody section for one chapter of the book of mormon a week and release each one on sunday. Let me know what you guys think. The first sentence is copied below, but the rest, due to length, is in a google doc.

"I, Nefi (it’s spelled with a f not ph), having been born of goodly parents, not the kind of good mind you where they were annoying do-diligent do-gooders, the kind of good where they, as a righteous members of the Committee For the Suppression of Vice in Jerusalem would stone to death any unrighteous heathen who dared to cut in line at the sacred hot dog stand, but instead the kind of good where they would gather the stones for the latest lapidation because they abhorred committing violence but loved watching it play out..."
