Good active vanilla servers with balanced gunplay?

I used to play TTT back in 2015 and trying to get back into it. I used to play on a vanilla server with a great staff that knew how to balance/update guns very well.

I like to play on vanilla only servers as I think the inventory and add-on ones are too cluttered. Giant's Lair was recommended in another post and I played it for a bit. It's a cool server, but the thing that holds it back is the guns are extremely unbalanced. It's annoying when guns are modified to have 10x the normal fire rate and can kill in 0.5 seconds with no time to react. It's also annoying when players have grapples and are bunny hopping across the map with the speed of light.

Can anyone recommend reputable (good community) active vanilla TTT servers with balanced guns and gameplay?
