Pneumatic Supply Lines Question.

I am getting ready to replace the pneumatic supply lines in part of our factory. I plan to use a 3" line to ring the perimeter and cross the shop with 2" lines that run east to west along the machinery rows (4) with 1" drops to manifolds at each machine center (4 per row). My air comes in from the northwest corner where the tanks are, with a backup inlet at the southwest corner.

Am I over doing it by wanting a tank at the southeast corner of this?
