Rage Quitting / "Waiting for opponent..."

Does anyone know if there's any plans to combat rage quitters? I know a lot of people who stopped playing because rage quitting is so rampant. It probably happens every 3-4 games for me, and as far as I know there's no repercussions at all -- in fact, if they close the app and re-open it, they can get into the next game before I even can, which seems ridiculous.

If they're not going to implement any ranking reward/penalty for this, at least disable Sharing/Tr@ding for 24 hours for the offender or something.

Great game, but man this is annoying to constantly see.
