Books on Jewish food history?

This might be a little off-topic for this sub, but lately I have gotten into food history books, and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for books on Jewish food history? I mean an academic or non-fiction book rather than a recipe book - like a deep-dive into the history of the Jewish deli, or how the sedar meal evolved over time, that sort of thing. Thanks in advance!
