Need help for next place to go.

So a year ago we went to El Dorado Seaside Suites. We had an amazing time, great food, beach could be better, enjoyed the entertainment but did finish a bit early.

We are looking at our next all inclusive. After looking at reviews and such it seems there’s much more out there. We were easily pleased and excited to try somewhere new but worried we will somewhere bad rather than a better!

Ideally we are after somewhere (Mexico or DR) which is; ideally adults only (not essential), good food (al a carte style over buffet for food at night), good beach/pool, maybe a bit more happening at nights? Ideally catering towards couples?

Price range varies so just want a range of peoples suggestions! I also had a look at Jamaica however with everything going on there I wasn’t sure?
