Any suggestions on writing a lot?
Hey guys, so I 19 f am a university student with EDS studying physics, and naturally, there's a whole LOT to write and to study for. Essentially, my dominant right hand is rly messed up, and I had many hobbies before that I had to drop cause of the pain, but I can't drop studying....
I'm just asking for some suggestions from others' experiences. I'm a little worried that using a wrist brace for too long might make it worse in the long run...is that really a bad idea?
I used to study nonstop by making notes and solving paper after paper, but I'm finding notes to be absolutely impossible!
Maybe there are some writing aids or tricks I could use to make writing a little less upsetting.
Or, of course, any other students on here? Any hand-free study techniques would be awesome!
I'm honestly very worried... perhaps this is just a flare up, cause my hand usually isn't too bad, but maybe the first year university stress is getting to me, and im really upset about not being able to study the way I used to :(((
Thanks!
