How much is your monthly grocery bill?

It's a lot easier to save on food when you're healthy for the most part. But with gastritis, it's pretty much a given that we have to spend more on groceries because of:

• Buying whole foods
• Not being able to buy as many preservatives
• Having to buy healing items like aloe, manuka honey, anti-acids, digestive enzymes, etc.

Overall, just having to choose items that are more expensive due to the restrictions gastritis puts on us.

So, how much is your grocery bill? I'm looking for answers specifically from those who only buy for themselves, not for a household or for a partner as well.
