Am I built for this???

I'm a senior in high school and currently take AP biology. The class is difficult as it's practically a "do everything yourself" design for my school. And I'll be honest I'm decently stressed and burnt out from that class. Then I think about the next 4 years of my life, then the next 4, then the next 4 and I think to myself: am I built for medicine??? I mean seriously if I'm struggling with AP biology how am I expected to get through a undergrad major in biology and med school. I am doing other stuff in my life that I guess would contribute to the stress like sports, college app decisions, research project and whatnot but I mean I'm gonna do similar stuff in the future so that's not really an excuse. Help me I'm going crazy!
