2000 Montero sport catalytic converter replacement

Any websites or reputable brands where I can buy catalytic converter replacements? Looked everywhere I could but none of the options are CA legal/CARB compliant. Idk about junkyard units cuz they're quite the risk. Also got a code for bank 1 cat inefficiency and see smoke coming out of bank 1 cat.
