Bug help

I'm creating this game on base44 but im having trouble with some bugs, I just don't know how to word them so that the AI knows what and how to fix it and since I'm on the free plan I can't afford to just guess. The problems are in the white house next to spawn. To get inside, the player must jump for some reason. All these bugs are just annoying and the AI isn't any help.
