Tera exposure claim and ILER question

Put in a claim recently for Tera for rhinitis and sinusitis due to jet fuel exposure. My ILER is positive for jet fuel but under evaluation it states ACCEPTABLE and natural ventilation is enough that inhalation is not Expected. Would this hinder my claim? I worked with jet fuel daily . Thanks
