sleep gummies after effect ino

iv been using the camino gummies for sleep. love it. but i notice if i dont get up right away, and try to go back to sleep like its 6am roll over try and fall back to sleep. i will later wake up with a headache..... that doesnt happen if i do not take one and do the same

any insight?
