Grinch meal question

Why would my local McDonald’s have the grinch meal with Big Mac sold out, but are selling the chicken nuggets grinch meal. And I checked to see if I can get a Big Mac not grinch meal and yes I can, but mcshaken grinch fries are not available either. Doesn’t the 10 piece nugget come with fries too? Just curious
