Neptune 4 Plus Custom Part Cooling

I have been looking for a print head that allows me to use the stock extruder and hot end, and also uses two 6025 fans for the part cooling. I noticed that the back cooling bar for me never got any usage, so I decided to take the fans out and get that weight off the X Axis. Now, I want to find a print head that will allow me to run the two 6025 fans for part cooling. Has anyone seen one before?

I want to do this because I noticed a substantial reduction in noise after going to linear rails, and now I would like to find a way to reduce the noise even further. Running dual 6025 blower fans for part cooling would allow me to not even have to run the part cooling fans at 50-60%, let alone the 100% I am running the 4015s at now. I am a bit surprised that no one has done this before. Any perspective on that?
