orange creme yoplait for flavor?

so i’ve read that orange juice is good for the trip, and i’ve been researching how to get past the flavor of organic shrooms. i’m thinking yogurt would be the most pleasant option, and i’ve always been a fan of the orange creme yogurt.

my question is, would that really have the beneficial effects of orange juice?
