Mice

Hey there, I put in an offer on a house yesterday after looking at it and went back today to show a friend. We heard something in the wall so I climbed up on the counter to see what it could be and I found a mouse in a hole above the cabinets. I’m going to ask that the seller pay for treatment/ have someone assess the damages but is this a reason to not go forward with the purchase? First time home buyer here, by the way.
