Thule RoundTrip bag storage size

I got a good deal on a Thule RoundTrip ski bag (with rollers, 192cm) for Black Friday, but it arrived and is a little bit bigger bigger when folded up than some people online had lead me to believe.

I’m considering swapping it for the version without rollers, but was curious if anyone had one without rollers and was able to give me the dimensions of it folded (like out of the box when shipped). I can’t seem to find the folded dimensions online anywhere.

For the 192cm with rollers version it’s in a 24x18x10 inch cardboard box, if anyone is looking for this info in the future.

My skis are 176cm also, but maybe I could angle them slightly in the 175cm bag (slightly smaller) as I’m only looking to fly with one set of skis? Not sure how much extra space there is or if I can fit my boots into one or the other.
