has anybody recieved Posh.vip app refund from scam event?

Has anybody received a refund from Posh (the event app)? I bought tickets to an event in october which was a scam event. I charged back via my bank and recently had my provisional credit reversed. I never got the service I paid for because it was poorly advertised.

Has anybody ever received refunds for any of their scam/poorly managed events from the organizers on there? thank you. i very much need help getting my hard earned money back!
