This community opens at the same time we’re rolling out our newest chapter. ChatBeacon now includes PictureData (www.chatbeacon.io/picturedata), which brings visual product browsing directly into the chat. Customers can ask for an item, compare options, and see real images from a store without leaving the conversation. It supports a new kind of experience we call visual conversational commerce and it has been a huge unlock for Shopify brands testing it today.
