does any other woman feel more comfortable around gay men compared to hetero ones?

there seems to be a connection between gay men being close or good friends with women. I’ve had this experience knowing it’s nice having a guy who is expressive, fashionable, and doesn’t objectify you. Also gives good guy advice. It feels like I don’t have to be on alert around them.

I think it’s the fact that they will never pull something or make a move on a woman that makes me feel at ease around them. It’s refreshing in a way. You don’t have to second guess their intent with you and know you can foster a long lasting friendship without complicated feelings getting in the way. Does any other woman relate and feel like this connection is natural regardless of gender?
