Can someone help me with enabling 2SV as an admin that keeps getting put through a loop?

Hi everyone,

This is my first post, I'm on a verge of tears being frustrated on an endless loop so reaching out for some help from you fine people.

I am trying to enable 2SV on legacy workspace and I am the super admin but it tells me I need to enable it for myself. When I try to enable it for myself it says it is disabled for my account and to contact admin.

Therefore I am stuck in a loop.

Can someone help me?
