Help picking out a Nail Lamp

Could someone educate me or help me pick out a nail lamp. I currently have one that says its 54 watts but I'm not sure if that even means anything. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZJJRJF9?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_7 This is the one I currently have and it cures all colors except white. No matter how thin I put the white on the chance it either doesnt cure or bunches up is really high. I'm hoping a more powerful lamp will help this.
