Why is The style Dept the Worst?

Workplace Question or Advice Needed

I have been working at target and my 90 day probation just ended and i'm just curious about one thing.

Why is Style specialty the worse dept???

This is my second official job ever. And i'm already burnt out. I was desperate for a job but now I feel like being unemployed is better.

And here's the thing. I like the people I work with [mostly] but the job is just that bad. When I was hired I was asked why I wanted this position and I went "its because I like clothes and I dont really mind speaking with people"

She did tell me along the lines something I now know as sorting that it would be difficult and and style tms have to get up early etc.. etc. Now here's my problem.

I was put in style: Zoning, Pushing Z's and sorting. This was all in 3-5 week. then I was pushed to do Home frieght. I thought the reason was similar to when they were training me in OPU or The Cash register, But NOOOO. They kept me there FOR A WHOLE month [3 weeks but i work 4 days each week]. I was fine at first but it was still challenging. Then I met the TL of that department and safe to say she didn't make it any better. Half the time if she wasn't nagging the others she was calling me on the radio every other time. It got so bad that I had to speak to my ETL about it. He was pretty "nice" and said that its just where we need people and that its apart of specialty. But I think he knew I clocked his tea and put me back in style for some days and then some in home. Then both the etl and The devil TL resigned a few weeks later. And now its back to hell with a new etl.

And she's saying she's giving me grace since ive been put everywhere [id often get called to do zones and registers and covering lunches for beauty and or tech. And im the only one doing home. Which is apart of style apparently?

She said i should be pacing myself with the coworkers who've been at this for 2-7 plus years.

Im so confused bcs I thought i was doing pretty good since ive got 3 plaques of acknowledgement from 3 different ETLS one being the Hr etl, service/check ad etl, and GM etl. And even got a thanks from the SD. I know im not the best when it comes to frieght, Or even style but I am doing MY best. I help when needed, and I try to do my job well. But it seems like my best is always never enough. And for a 17 hr job I think its pathetic im feeling this way.

Is this normal?[
