New install but trying to figure out auto run

Just installed the permanent like 100ft pros and ran into an issue I didn’t think about. In both the master bedroom and child’s room there are two wide windows above the beds so the permanent lights pour into the bedroom at night creating an issue when trying to sleep.

I have other Govee lights that turn off with my tv turning on and off. And a lamp that turns off with sunset/sunrise. I was hoping I could find a way that every night at 11pm I could have these part of the strands turn off so we could sleep.

I messed around a while and I just can’t figure it out. Is it possible to do in the app?
