Mecha Tabletop War Game?

I remember seeing a video on youtube a year or so ago of someone making a entire tabletop wargame where you can pretty much use ANY mech you have, whether it be from gunpla, mechwarrior, or some random franchise, so long as it meets certain conditions. I can't find the video anymore so I was wondering if anyone happen to know what I'm talking about or if someone knows if this exists? Because as much of a VERY small google doc that I created, I'd REALLY rather something already be made and I don't have to classify every weapon in Gundam lmao
