How to have a new email but keep your dead name one

Hi there

My son is trans (FtM). I don’t know if that matters. My problem is I set him up with an email address before he came out. The email uses his birth name. It’s connected to his PlayStation account, Apple, Sims, everything. To the point it would be an insane headache to disentangle everything now.

Is there a way to set up a new email that is somehow linked to his old email? I don’t know if I’m even asking the right question. I just want him to not wince everytime he gives out his email address.

I’m not the most tech savvy so please be kind in your responses. I’m open to learning and appreciate all of your suggestions. Thank you.
