MSI Gaming RTX 5070 Ti over PNY if I care A LOT about noise?

I'm from Mexico. The prices here are $1058 for the MSI Gaming Trio Vs $948 for the PNY (5070Ti).
I know the performance is the same, but I get annoyed by fan noise pretty easily. Is the MSI worth it over the PNY?
