AITJ telling my friend she cannot store her online shop inventory in my apartment anymore
My friend runs a small clothing shop online. At first she asked if she could keep a few boxes in my living room because she was reorganizing her storage space. I said yes because she promised it would only be for a week.
One week became three months. Every time I came home from work there were more boxes piled near the couch. She started treating my place like a warehouse and even told one of her customers they could pick up an order at my apartment without asking me first.
Last weekend she showed up with another huge stack of boxes and expected me to help her carry everything inside. I told her she needed to move all her inventory out because my home was not a storage unit. She looked upset and said I was being unsupportive of her business. I reminded her that I never agreed to be her free space long term. She said I should help her because she would do the same for me.
I doubt that because she barely even thanks me for letting her use my space. Now she is telling people I ruined her workflow. I just want my living room back.
