Big 3 Upgrade!

I wanna do the big 3 for my 1987 Z31, looking to replace the existing charging system wires from the tiny ass whatever gauge to 0 gauge wires. I can see the alternator to ground cable, but cannot see where the positive battery cable goes to the chassis or ground. Can anybody assist
