I might have witnessed the ultimate glitch / cheat

Was doing a dreglord run with another undertaker and a wylder. Before going in the fight the wylder stood for a while. We thought dude was grabbing a snack or sth, but then in the fight we got seemingly unlimited revive. After me and the other undertaker died a bunch of additional times we are defeated (probably cheat turned off / glitch disappeared). WTF just happened
