Who on the show want the show to end?

Including Robin and Fred, who do you think has an opportunity or direction they want to go and can't because Howard is a control freak that would just tell them no or your fired? We know that if you aren't spending every free time thinking about the show, then you are a terrible employee. Who may want to get out, can't do it on their own and rather get their package (if) and try something new. I see Gary maybe running to be on some type of city board. Richard and Sal thinking they can become great standup acts or have their own tv show. Thoughts?
