Fighting for Human Rights only finding corruption

Fighting to restore my human rights, everywhere I turn I find corruption and roadblocks, all my technology has been hacked for 3 years, every computer of device is hacked within my reach, friends family, public library. I have compiled evidence for cases against people and government worth alot of money and need assistance because its too much work for one person and I am blocked every step of the way from accessing public information that should be available to me. Police are corrupt and wont assist, neither will hospitals or legal professionals so I reach out to the internet, how do I access unofficial channels to fight the corruption and get compensation for my life being stolen from me?
