How to achieve a certain filter look?

Hi all, the question says it all. I'm not exactly obsessed with the 'Red Lips' filter on snapchat but it is the only one I can use. Since I am trying so hard to be confident with the way I look, I was thinking that what if makeup could change that and be my confidence. For instance, the filter makes my nose and face smaller, gives me too much blush, makes my eyes shine and gives the cat eye look, adds lashes and also makes my brows fuller and more defined. How can I achieve that filter look? Also, my face isn't very big but that filter just gives those set standards. even if i could do anything about my nose and eyes area that would help alot. Any tips will help, thankyou.
