Whats a nice and quiet 3inch FPV drone?

I want to buy a 3 inch fpv drone, was recommended the Deepspace Seeker 3. But after talking to a friend, I was told it was deafening. Do you have any suggestions for a quiet 3-inch that won't bother my neighbors?
