Tipping on the ha giang loop

I'm currently doing the ha gaing loop in a jeep. It's a private tour with only myself, my partner, our driver and a tour guide. They've been amazing so we wanted to tip them but we we're sure how much. We were gonna give them 1,000,000 each. Will this be okay?
