Entitled

I get an order that I was just given as I'm pulling away from another drop off. She then contacts me that her delivery has changed. Sorry, ma'am, I just got your order, am on my way to pick it up, & most of the roads I have to take haven't been plow, are partially plowed & not salted. If you have an issue, please take that up with uber because I'm doing the best I can to get it to you in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience & understanding.
