PS5 pro not charging controllers efficiently

I bought a PS5 pro and lately all my controllers are either not charging fully, or they're charging and then dying after two days of regular use.

I've tried using the USB-A connectors in the back and the USB-C connectors in front. I even bought a brand new controller on black Friday and same deal. Has this happened to anyone else?
